Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by AccountiTech to describe how we collect, use, and protect customer information.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This is a working launch draft written for content consistency. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed or approved by an attorney.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, business details, documents you upload, and messages you send our team. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve the product.

How we use information

To deliver the services you engage us for — bookkeeping, management reporting, budgeting and cash-flow planning, dashboard development, and workflow and reporting automation — to communicate about your engagement, and to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Storage and security

Customer documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Database access is governed by row-level security so each customer can only access their own records. Production traffic is served over HTTPS by our hosting platform.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the platform — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, AI model providers, and a payment provider when checkout is used. Each provider processes data under its own published terms.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Requests are reviewed individually and honored subject to service delivery needs, fraud prevention, security, contractual commitments, and legal or recordkeeping retention obligations. Closing an account does not automatically delete every record.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. We do not run third-party advertising networks on this site.
