What AI does at AccountiTech
We use AI to summarize transactions, draft monthly insights, suggest expense categories, and prepare draft reports. AI helps our team work faster — it does not replace professional review.
Human review
Insights produced by AI agents are reviewed and approved by an AccountiTech team member before being delivered to a client. You will only see AI-generated content in your portal once it has been approved.
Not professional advice
AI-generated content is informational. It is not tax advice, legal advice, or audit-grade financial statements. Decisions with tax, legal, or regulatory consequences should be reviewed with a licensed professional.
Data used
Only the data needed for a specific task is sent to AI models (for example, transaction amounts and descriptions to categorize a ledger). AI providers process that limited task data under their applicable business or API terms; AccountiTech does not intentionally submit more data than the task requires.
Your control
If you would prefer your engagement to exclude AI-assisted drafting, raise this during scoping. Non-AI delivery depends on the engagement.
